Refund & Returns Policy
1. Your Right of Return
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel your order and return goods within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without giving any reason.
2. How to Return
To exercise your right of return, notify us within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing hello@purewashing.shop with your order reference number and a brief statement that you wish to cancel. We will provide return instructions promptly.
3. Conditions for Return
- Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.
- Opened or partially used food supplement products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty or not as described.
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We will notify you by email when the refund has been issued.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@purewashing.shop. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened food supplement products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Items returned after 14 calendar days from receipt (unless faulty)
